I am very disappointed in the outcome with KPTSM and I will explain. First, the people are top notch. Louis is a fantastic Physical Therapist that listens to his patients, and has truly helped me begin to improve my condition. For that, I am very thankful. The office staff- also very nice, helpful and return calls quickly. So, where is my frustration? Policies. It is 2021.
