Dr Keene and his entire staff were absolutely amazing. I have severe anxiety and they made me so comfortable and at ease. I believe Nick took care of my toes and his receptions were perfect. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I recommend them for any of your podiatry needs. The office is spotless. Customer service is out of this world. Thank you all so much for the excellent customer service and bedside manner. You truly helped me get through something that was incredibly hard for me to do. Thank you!!!!🙏🏻
Nice people, But the billing is done out of office so you call to talk with someone about your bill and they direct you to someone else that is not even in the same state that actually does the billing. I have been threatened to be taken to collections over a $50.00 late payment. I call their billing department and ask for a total so I can be up to date on all the payments I owe and ask to be sent a statement showing a zero balance and what do I get another bill for an office visit that should have been covered on my payment... read more
Dr.Keene is a very rare and compassionate person and a most excellent Doctor and surgeon , he has managed to keep me mobile and working with a serious ankle issue , he possess's a very calming and human demeanor I'm so glad I was referred to him .
I'm so happy I went to the Podiatry Clinic with Matthew Keene! He's a wonderful podiatrist! They took excellent care of me before and after surgery!! Thank you to a very awesome team!!
