They are neglectful abusive and hang up on you constantly. This place needs to be torn down. They can't answer questions. They stand in the hallway laughing at people in pain. I had to call 911 to have my mother transferred out of there.
Today was our first experience at the Keene Center. But as first impressions go it was a knockout! Everyone was so helpful! Something we haven’t experienced in sometime coming from a Hospital environment. Our reception was warm and inviting. Such a relief for me to know my husband was going to be not only in a professional rehabilitation program but a caring and supportive one. I am going to sleep well this evening knowing this. They had all the right equipment immediately and all other needs were met within the first 24. Great attentive and adaptable staff. Thank you very much. Happy Holidays
