My mom was at another nursing care facility in Keene and they were just awful. How would they like to be treated like that? Shame on them. My mom felt very strongly that she wanted to stay in Keene so we found Genesis. It is night and day. At Genesis, they respect her and treat her with dignity. They have been very easy to work with and for the most part the staff have been very friendly and responsive.
Polite, friendly, and very helpful! Clean facility with a lot of smiling faces!
Had a good visit with my brother in law. Will leave my negative comments out.
