My rating of 3 is not for it being ‘okay’ but for it being very inconsistent. We have been there when it deserved a 5 and times, had it been our first, would never go back. Coffee drinks are sometimes weak, sometimes strong and baked goods occasionally over done or stale. A true disappointment as this is a fabulous locations, terrific ambiance and has outstanding potential.

Been down visiting family. They took us to eat at a restaurant here in Mt Vernon. I asked for some cold brew coffee and they suggested KeenBean next door. Let me say... the staff awesome. The coffee was top notch too. Will be stopping here every visit. Thankfully I visit a lot!

The only cold brew around I can drink black!! The coffee is SO amazing, the atmosphere is perfect to sit and stay awhile, and the food is fresh and delicious! The best part of all is the family that owns this business! They are good hearted people to their very core!! ��
