Their plumber abruptly left my house because I was on the phone with court---I am an attorney and have to work from home. I've never had a plumber even need to speak with me---they usually just do their thing. He was so unprofessional. The plumber showed up at my house. I recently had a terrible experience with Keenan’s Plbg & Htg. What should have been a minor vent repair on my boiler turned into a major 11-day ordeal that, in my opinion, resulted in substantial and unnecessary inconvenience and expense to me. Upon questioning what I had been billed, I was treated very poorly. In my opinion, they were rude, dishonest, and very unprofessional. I regret my decision to do business with Keenan’s Plbg & Htg. I will NEVER do business with them again.
