I purchased a truck today. The service was above and beyond I have experienced ever buying a vehicle. I felt that I was receiving an honest purchase. I am 50 years old so I bought a few. They gave me a higher trade in value that I was going to get from other dealership we went to look at. The truck purchase price was a great deal compare to other dealership we looked at. Everyone is super nice, they did a great job fixing my sons vehicle! I definitely recommend Keenan's Sales and service to people I know, looking for quality service.
My mother purchased a very expensive vehicle from them.... after buying it her heated steering wheel quit working, her radio would change after hitting any bumps, her windshield cracked after like 1 day and her back up camera quit working..... she called and had it there multiple times to be “fixed” after many attempts, the only thing that now works in the back up camera and they finally fixed the windshield after going back and forth. con artists. traded in a vehicle, came to pick up my sound system in it, claims I didnt have one! LOL come to find out one of their employees stole it. tried to give to back to me broke. on top of that sold me a POS lemon truck!!!! do not come here.
Oil changes are quick and reasonable. Help me out with headlights that I couldn't reach and pleasant service counter
I called Keenan's 2 months ago. I had driven through lot on a Sunday.saw a truck i was very interested in.No price or details listed on truck.. I called Keenan's Monday a.m. inquiring to find out more info.I was told he had to look into getting price details etc..They would call me back..2 months now still no call.poor communication.they will never get my business.
The Subaru dealership treated me horribly this morning and refused to even order me parts til they saw my car themself and told me I couldn't do any of it my own. JR was nice and explained everything going on with my Subaru, even took me back and walked me through what he would be doing to the vehicle and the exact parts he'd be changing, said they'd be more than happy to order my parts if I decide to try to do it myself and made it an overall non stressful process.
