I cracked a tooth yesterday (evening) eating a tootsie roll pop. I called insurance this morning and I was given two names. The first name had a recorded message, so I called the second. So very glad I did because I made an appointment @ 1:40 today with Dr. Swartz. He is a young Dr. and very personable. I'm very pleased with the care I received and would recommend his practice to anyone. The staff was polite and nice. The office was clean and fresh looking A very pleased patient.
This was my first visit to Dr. Swartz...his staff was very professional, and conciderate of my time. Dr. Swartz communicated a treatment and maintenance plan to me thouroughly. Bonus, I did not have to wait 6 months to get in, very accomodating.
As a new patient, I have found Dr. Swartz and his staff to be kind, caring, and highly skilled. They were very accommodating when I recently lost a crown. They scheduled my appointment quickly, and took care of me quickly and competently. The office staff is efficient and thorough. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Ann, the dental hygienist, was excellent. She was very professional and friendly, and she answered all my questions. Dr. Swartz was easy to talk with and took the time to listen. He also did a tooth buffing procedure that he freely volunteered to do for me. This was not part of my regular check-up. I call this above-and-beyond standard customer service. Thank you!
