Dr Swartz and his staff were amazing. My husband and I went for our new patient appointment and could not have been happier. They were friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was great!
The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I had x-rays taken because it was my first visit. The technician explained the process and how long it would take. Dr Swartz introduced himself, examined my teeth (gently). Unfortunately a caveady was located. Dr Swartz explained my options. I have a return visit for filling. Overall experience was great, it's as if they use the AIDET framework for communicating with there patients. I wasn't left wondering what's going on.
Went for my first visit. Everything was clean and the dentist and staff were friendly and helpful. Hygienist was patient and very informative. Everyone took time to answer my questions and explain. I will refer others to this practice. Good experience.
