I was very satisfied with my recent visit, the staff are very friendly and Dr Swartz is very professional and reassuring. I had a broken tooth extracted and was of course a little nervous, they calmed me down and the procedure went very smoothly.
I have bad anxiety when it comes to dentists from a bad experience as a child. My first visit was in Nov. 2019 and yes I was about terrified. Everyone from the front desk, the dental assistant and Dr Swartz was amazing! Now three appointments later I’m so close to being able to smile big cause he has done a super amazing job with my teeth. I can never thank the whole office enough for making me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He’s a great dentist and also a great person.
Today I had the best visit I have ever had at a dentist office!! The staff was amazing from the lady I spoke with on the phone who got me worked in Today. The receptionist when I arrived was very nice. The nurse who took me back and done my xray was awesome as well. Dr.Swartz was absolutely amazing!! So friendly,nice, explained everything . The nurse then went over everything with me in detail. No I see why my entire family uses this office!!
I went in to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed. I ended up needing two teeth removed. Dr. Swartz and his staff took their time to explain every step of the procedure, and made it as painless as possible. All during the procedure Dr. Swartz made sure my comfort and pain level were his priority. I would recommend Dr. Swartz to anyone who is looking for quality care and affordable prices.
AS ALWAYS MY TREATMENT FROM ALL AT SWARTZ WAS, IS EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY. THE MOST PROFESIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, AND ENJOYABLE DENTAL EXPERIENCE. AT SWARTZ THEY GO BEYOND HOPEFUL EXPECTATIONS. I HAVE A VERY, VERY LOW PAIN THRESHOLD; AND REALLY CANNOT TOLERATE PAIN AT ALL. AT SWARTZ THEY ARE ALL DELICATE, SMOOTH IN THEIR MOVEMENTS, AND FUN TO BE WITH. This was my first actual teeth cleaning the first time with my health problems I came in and just got to know everyone. And was given a prescription for antibiotics because of a knee replacement and today I had a wonderful girl that knew exactly how to clean my teeth and listened about what I had to say about my crowns being careful with them. Went for my normal cleaning as usually. Sandy is so sweet always enjoy talking with her and Dr Swartz is so AWESOME. Two great people. Very friendly staff I would recommend anyone to them.
My mother and I had appointments at the same time. She's 90 and I'm one of those who has always been reluctant to see a dentist. But we are always made comfortable and things were explained in terms we understood. I've been going to Dr. Swartz for 5 years and mother for 1. We both love him and the entire staff is the most welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable I have ever seen in any professional environment. Beyond top notch.
