Great experience and customer service. 10/10
This is my go-to body shop! I have a small car made of plastic so I frequently come in for repairs and the staff is always super nice and helpful! Mark has helped me the past few times and is always very polite and friendly. Overall, they do a great job and are relatively efficient! There was only one time I had to leave my car for a few days, but every other time I was able to get my car back on the same day I dropped it off. I had my front bumper replaced and they were very quick and communicative about the process. Then I messed up the rear bumper parking it the same day and they let me bring it back in that same afternoon and reattached the rear bumper for free. Extremely kind and professional staff especially mark who kept me up to date on all the repairs and was very accommodating of my budget. The front bumper that was replaced looks amazing. Highly recommend!!
