Very unprofessional. Always arrives about 30 minutes to 1 hour after my appointment time. Never responds to my messages.
First of all my Braids are gorgeous !!! The vibes are great and the client service experience exceeded my expectations.
Got my hair braided (small box braids) by Joy and another sweet lady. They were on time & there wasn't any wait. My appt was at 5p.m. and I was done by 8:30p.m. I LOVE my hair! New loyal customer!!
Beautiful finish and great service on checking to make sure your as comfortable as you can possibly be while someone pulls your scalp but don’t argue bc they will make it nearly impossible to take out the hair without cutting your own hair!
Very reliable. I would give 5 stars but we had a little issue that they fixed with no problem. Definitely coming back!
