I run a rental property on the islands. I explained to them the urgency of my situation over the phone on 6/17/2012. I arranged for an appointment on 6-21 at 9:00am which gave them four days advance notice for the appointment. On the day they were supposed to show up, I arrived at 8:30 am to make sure that I would be at the property when they arrived.
