They charge up front for eye infraction, etc than exclude those charges when billing the Insurance companies. I paid $65 up front. However the insurance company never sees those charges. Insurance paid what they were billed. Than Keen sent me a bill for a $20 co-pay that my Medical has me pay. If I add $65 and plus the $119 they billed to insurance, that's $175. And now they are billing me an additional $20. Wow $85 out of pocket after insurance. Ridiculously high for an eye exam. Will never go there again!!!!
RecommendedWe usually see Dr. Schmitt. He does an excellent job. When we went to get an appointment for our son, the day that worked for us was a time with Dr. Hanish. His bedside manner was top notch. My son now loves him too.

Dr. Schmitt is very nice and listens to me. He responds accordingly and I value his feedback. I love the new technology that can look at my eyes without dilation. I’m a customer for life and recommend Keen Eye Care to anyone.

I had a great visit; however, I was in there on Saturday, August 5 to talk to them about an insurance issue. The receptionist told me that she was going to have to take my name/number because she was going to have to talk to someone about my question and call me back. I have yet to receive a call back from them.
