Every time I visit, all the staff treat me like I matter, not just another number to shuffle through the system and invoice. That is SO refreshing! Keep up the great work everybody.
Excellent service and the people are all wonderful...hate going to the dentist but they make the experience ALMOST enjoyable!
I love the dentistry, the dentist was so sweet and caring, my daughter felt at ease and not scared at all. One suggestion I do have is that it needs to have a more kid friendly feel to it, they have product for young children to do there but anyone over the age 6 there so little for them to do. Take a walk in a look around, you understand, they put on Sid the science guy while cleaning her teeth and that was great, but they do need an update in the children department, i will be back and I love the place.
Wonderfully modern facility with a great staff. I was greeted by name on my very first visit- that has NEVER happened to me before! My pre-appointment wait time was minimal. The staff who interacted with me were courteous, professional, and seemed genuinely pleased to have me as a new patient. Explanations of treatment were clear and concise. Very friendly people and great service. Everything was modern and up to date. Felt like I had been going there for years and this was my first visit.
I used to be scared to death of the dentist but have had nothing but good experiences at Pelham Links. Really love those guys and so glad I joined their "patient family". My crown went really well and I am finally, at 67, getting over my fear of the dentist thanks to them.
Extremely comfortable. Friendly and thorough.
