Great place ... nice people .. tell them what's going on with ur tool they tell u what's need to be done ... the 50 dollar diagnosis.. if they fine what's wrong that 50 dollars will go towards the repair .. so if it's a 60 dollar repair when u get there the second time to pick up ur tool u will pay the the 10 dollars .. I had my tool back within 3 days .. I will go back .. the hours are 9-5pm not the 6pm u see. thats old. They are a echo service shop just in case if ur under warranty in the bergen County area .. but fix all ... read more
