Amazingly, I made this appointment just 24 hrs earlier because a hand specialist at a different HV orthopedic group had refused to see me since I went to the "wrong ER". I was seen promptly, by Dr Cole, had my injury assessed and he explained thoroughly what to expect with my healing process. The other staff was also helpful and friendly.
Dr. Keegan Cole was very professional and very thorough about explaining the symptoms of my MRI. He offered a shot that would help with the pain and did not pressure me one way or the other to have it done. He took the time in Care to do it in such a way that it was almost painless. The nurse who checked me in for him for his office was very sweet and knowledgeable about the reason I was there. I love this office. They take such good care of their patience and are very caring and understanding.
Although I dislike needles, I received a cortisone shot and Dr. Cole was very gentle! It was finished before I even realized it! He also happens to be my husband's doctor!
Dr. Cole has an incredible bedside manner, takes his time explaining things and is very compassionate. I Feel very lucky to have him as my doctor.
Had a bad fall, broke Humerus in right arm in 3 places. Dr. Cole put me on surgical schedule right away, inserted plate and screws from shoulder to elbow. Went back for a few follow-ups and arm is as good as new! Dr. Cole is an amazing surgeon with a great bedside manner. He listens patiently, answers all your questions and puts you at ease!
