The absolute BEST! I have never have a better experience with a medical professional. I’ve referred Amy to multiple friends and even family. The professionalism + friendliness is wonderful. The ease of checking in and walking into your room is great. All our friends who’ve gone to this office and seen Amy has had a fantastic experience and are a permanent patient. Don’t get too busy because I need to be able to make appointments though. ;)
Amy and each of the NPs at this office have been amazing over the last 9 years. I have consistently felt heard, not rushed, and well cared for. It’s very important to me to have a primary that listens and allows you to be a part of your care.
I went to the office to get bloodwork done. I was e-mailed the results two days later. I called various times to receive a call back but never a returned call. Her bed side manner wasn’t much to begin with… plus her lack of care spoke volumes. I guess that was the end of my medical service with her.
