Hometown has unique gifts and a great staff
The customer service, attention to detail and extremely friendly staff is the reason I have been a customer for nearly 30 years. They go out of their way to make sure that your questions are answered and your needs are taken care of with respect and utmost courtesy.
I have felt at home at Hometown pharmacy! I have received amazing, personalized service. I love the staff and the atmosphere at Hometown Pharmacy, in North Muskegon!!!
I usually come here and everyone is so nice! The pharmacy tech working this morning is rude. She said a half hour, 45 minutes so when I checked a half hour later, she told the cashier "I told her 45 minutes and it's only been a half hour!" really rudely. If she's having a bad day, leave that outside because I was having a good day until I met her. You can thank her for a customer leaving your pharmacy!
Convienient location; clean store; and most importantly great, friendly people!!!
