Jerry was truly outstanding throughout the entire process. We were amazed how easy he made it to sell our home. He did valuable marketing, immediately generated showings, and guided us through the contract process all the way through closing. As a important bonus, Jerry has relationships with numerous contractors, which allowed us to easily make the few repairs we needed. Jerry and his terrific associate Andrea were absolutely the best! I was referred to Kristin and I'm glad I was. She was easy to work with and responded quickly. Two other things I really liked about working with her...1) Her tool that notifies you of properties that meet your search criteria. This was very easy to use and extremely helpful. 2) I really only wanted to communicate by email initially, until we found something I was interested in buying. She respected that and didn't call me until I was ready.
