Both were respectful and highly knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike and his son during the initial consultation, and the experience was equally great. Thank you very much!
Think carefully before choosing this company, if you can even call it that. Mike, the owner, is inexperienced. He replaced several boilers in our HOA property, and all of them—supposedly brand new—were in violation of fire safety regulations. Not only were they improperly installed due to his lack of skills with this type of boiler. He neither followed the manufacturer's boiler specifications nor addressed our repeated attempts to contact him for repairs. He would promised to show up but never did, leaving us without help.
