Thank you very much Dr. Carbone and Staff for making my first visit at your dental practice absolutely amazing! Dr. Carbone & Staff are all so helpful and very personable! This is seriously the first time in my entire life, that I actually enjoyed my visit at a dentist office! I made appointments for the whole family & I can't wait to go back!
They never answer the phone..had to go to the office to make an appointment. Office staff very rude..also, when I had to cancel an appointment, which I did in plenty of time, they still sent me a bill for one hundred dollars, they said I didn't cancel within 24 hours. HOW COULD I CANCEL IF U DONT ANSWER THE PHONE...If you like being treated like crap go here. Years ago they were great..what happened.
Went in because my tooth was hurting and told them I’m terrified. They were so gentle and caring. I was super impressed with the staff. They talked to me and calmed my nerves. So personable
Uppers and lowers still don't fit right I think I could have done a better job myself
Feeling extremely frustrated!! I have be going here for many years always loved it. Lately it’s seems as if there is no one in the office to take or return calls. You called me a month ago to cancel my appointment told me you would call back to reschedule that has not happened yet. I have called several times all different times a day no answer I have left messages ask for someone to call me back that has not happened.
