Clean and professional. Staff is friendly and attentive. It is nice to have the first plasma donation facility in Spring Hill. I highly recommend KED. A great way to make a little extra cash while doing something good to help others.
Donated for the first time today and had a lovely experience! Takes about 2 hours for your first donation. Everyone was super friendly and outgoing. Super clean and fast paced establishment. Only complaint is prepaid card does not work at atms but other than that i highly recommend donating if you’ve been thinking about it!
Nice staff and clean facility but the information given to me was incorrect and having me waste my gas...I have told them the debit card doesn't work properly and can't use the ATM on it..they nickel and dime you at the ATM..even when the funds are there...told the manager and still nothing...other plasma places paying more...it's unfortunate management sucks but the staff is amazing
Staff is on point. Good teamwork . And nory needs a raise!
