I was injured by Hendersonville Ked Plaza by one of the technicians who cussed me when I told her that she was hurting me and when I complained to the manager they made it look like it was my fault and told me I could not come back and donate with them this place should be sued for malpractice my left arm is still in pain and I will be contacting a attorney to see if something could be done about this
Orlando missed the mark today. Two donors waited outside for over an hour. We all were let in and told the system was down and our QR codes would not work so we had to use the kiosk. As others used their QR codes to jump in line we found out the openers simply neglected to turn the tablet on. I went from 2nd to 6th in line. Then the machine I was assigned to had a wifi connection issue and had to be restarted twice. My tech was nice and performed a good stick. Get it together Orlando!
Out of all plasma donation centers this one is the worst. The staff have terrible manners. They make you sit around for hours just to defer you for minor things that they could have explained to you before waiting. Do not waste your time!!
So this week I went to donate plasma, the gentleman that stuck me made me bleed all over the place also made a large sore on my arm. The machine had not been turned on yet, because of what happened I got scared and didn't want to continue with the donation, so I asked for him to remove the needle. When I went to donate plasma,the ladies in the screening booths were very rude. They call people out of order usually there friends. Alot of the the phlebotomy students do not know what they are doing, When they stuck me with the needle blood went all over the student, on my clothes, in the seat, and continued to bleed out of the needle sight through out the entire process. Every time I come here they are slower and slower and slower so then when I get up to the booth where they take your blood pressure and do all this other stuff I get there and I sit and wait so now their machines won't read my blood pressure and they say it's my fault their machines are outdated and seriously need to be replaced cuz I can take my blood pressure at home and get it every single time but when I come here they're never able to read my blood pressure
Wouldn't recommend this place they rude, have a no excuse why you can't donate nomore, led plasma Westmorland and ft worth ave .Dallas, staff are rude !
this company as an age cut off I was donating in NE before I moved here and am in good health but because I am 67 I am note allowed to here sounds like they do not like old people no where in there donating info on there website is a age cut off just when you go there I find out and had a phone conversation before I went I rate it no stars.
