I have been coming here for about 5 years now when it was BPO better than the other places that are out there I would recommend coming here instead of there
Great environment! I’ve been going here for a bit and every time I’m here it’s been great! Staff are very friendly and take their time making sure you’re okay and ready for the donation. I definitely recommend this center!
I've been reluctantly tolerating donating plasma at this facility (Kedplasma) only because it's close to home, despite it's many problems. Between restrooms that are hardly stocked or cleaned, donors not receiving a saline bag after their last cycle (receiving saline has become standard practice in the industry except at Kedplasma Phoenix), to phlebotomists arguing over who's job it was to clean the vomit off the floor when a donor was having an adverse reaction to her donation (April, 2025), to staff members visibly showing... read more
Was gonna transfer plasma places and the reviews must be true about this place. Never made it in I've called too many times to count across 2 different days to setup an appointment as a new donor and have not had a single answer of the phone. Wouldn't recommend this place due to the reviews and my personal experience.
