I experienced something today that I have heard a lot of complaints about. Staff make friends with the donators and expedite their process. I had 3 people in front of me after check in today, 2 were women. 2 men came in behind me and were talking about a party they went to that was obvious staff members were also at said party. These guys got vitals done after the 2 other women, but before me. The people here at this location are awesome they are very friendly love conversation and always keep a smile on my face they always stay positive the positivity in the building is off the charts from the manager on down to the workers Good Vibes always
I had an unprofessional and borderline dangerous experience at KED Plasma on Moffett. Maybe I was just unlucky with the care and staff I received, but my visits differed significantly from what I read from other Google reviews. The latest experience was by far the worst. I arrived three hours before closing, but due to a system issue they missed, I waited over two hours before they realized they hadn’t confirmed my address. The person on the phone just now when out of her way to lie to me on the phone about info I know is public knowledge simply because, walking to get a nurse, that I can speak with, was to much to ask. KED has really gone down hill!! Biolife is who I’m calling from now on time stamp on the call was about 16:20
