Great way to make quick money but some of the staff seem a bit inexperienced and it seems they have a revolving door for the staff.
Friendly staff . You always have to wait a long time .update 10/23/2022 friendly staff still and faster time to finish the process . update 5/21/2025 extremely slow process 8/20/25 same thing more slow short staff all time .
This place has become a joke they literally take there sweet time you have the longest waiting time ever either they cant keep employees or something if i wasn't already donating here i would go any places else i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DONATION CENTER unless you have no other options
Extremely disappointing experience. The nursing staff comes across as lazy and unhelpful. The app says to call about specialty donation programs, but I can’t even log in to donate because I’ve been flagged. When I tried to get help, the nurse just stood there ignoring me, turns out she’s the only person you can talk to. They said to follow up with her afterwards. After leaving, I called, but she refused to go over the details and just told me to “do it next time you’re in.” So basically, I’m expected to wait another 10–15 mi... read more
