Starts out only one kiosk that was working with myself and 3 others waiting. Then in the back there are 9 people waiting to get bed, not to mention that only 8 beds being used!! It's like they really don't care it's all about $$$!
It's the only plasma center in the area unfortunately they use that to your disadvantage. Since the saline shortage they have swapped equipment which causes an abundance of high pressure returns which increases the amount of time in your chair. Powerade is being offered as an alternative to saline with signs they won't return(it's cheaper than saline). This plasma donation center has horrific reviews I'm thankful I read all of them as I was thinking about donating not now though Heck No!
Used to be 4 or 5 star and I would donate twice a week most weeks but the place is chronically understaffed now. If you come after 5 most days now you're in for up to 3 hours! It's common for 6 to 8 people to be in line with one person checking and the floor still can't keep up 😵💫 It hasn't been worth 50 bucks to me lately save for emergencies.
