Very clean facility, friendly staff.
Best plasma place in Austin I've been to CSL and Biolife CSL is literally a 5 minute walk but I'd rather do the drive here it's clean the people are nice it's updated and gives you an overall premium experience
Un helpful and rude staff they let me and my son sit in the sun more than 4 hours today I waited for my wife staff is rude and said I can't be inside I must leave waiting Aria sit out side in the sun again really unprofessional people working here and always story's and excuses and when you talk to management the employees lie together to cover for each other
