Staff is always pleasant to interact with. Today the Machine had an unusual malfunction mid way through the process, and they still paid me my full donation payout. That’s good business!
THEY ARE OPEN MONDAYS! This was actually the best experience I’ve ever had donating plasma. Everyone was super nice very helpful answered all my questions and the new donor process didn’t take 3 to 4 hours. Of course you have to watch the video answer questions and read a lot of things but all that is necessary.
