if they expect us to show respect for the screeners, then they should make sure the screeners are respectful to the donors. they forget, we are the reason they have a business to begin with.
they take ENTIRELY too long, and have TOO MANY side conversations while people in line are waiting for a very long time. they say " I'm sorry but but we can't get you in as soon as you come in all the time" but I have PURPOSEFULLY chosen different times to show up over the last two months since I began coming and nothing is different but the time, they all do the same thing. the place could be relatively slow and their extra talking and moving slowly makes things stretch on an unreasonable amount of time.
