I've been trying to contact Kedma's customer service for several days regarding my issue with a product and no one resolved this situation. I bought 2 lifting serum CINDERELLA EFFECT from their website and to my surprise came 2 lifting serum anti aging ANTIOXIDANT. I contacted them via chat on their website, sent two emails already for customer service and no response so far from them. Don't get sucked into the scheme at Kedma at the Domain! They use hard sell, high pressure tactics to get you to believe that you want these extremely overpriced products. I fell for it and the products I took home were completely different than the ones they used on me in the store. I went back the very next morning to return it all and they refused to return anything. Do your research and only buy from brands you trust. Stay far away from Kedma!
