Rude front desk March 9 10:24pm shift
As noted by multiple other reviews here, the wait times are consistently unacceptable. You are asked to arrive 20 min before your appointment but I have never been seen within an hour of my scheduled time. Front desk is friendly and the doctors are wonderful. Does not make up for a terrible patient experience and blatant disrespect for your time. Either provide your staff with the support and tools they need to keep up, or schedule fewer patients. DO NOT TRUST DR. JONATHAN SONG! DO NOT TRUST DR. JESSE BERRY! They seem like good doctors, but aren't. They're all smiles and promise you the world only when they know how to help. If you're case is "different" forget about care. They'll string you along just for reputation or for $$$. There's negligence and malpractice going on in this hospital.
