The worst. The tech was awful. The radiology department is a dumpster fire. That is a direct quote from my MD. Most asinine place I’ve had the displeasure of being treated by - don’t bother. Billing was astronomical. 20k they charged my insurance. Go to an independent imaging place and save yourself months of hassle.
I was seen early. Everyone was kind, efficient and engaging. I was out of there in just minutes. I love the attitude at Keck. People care.
next level incompetency at every single turn, I didn't even know that it was humanly possible to make something as simple as having an MRI and receiving a diagnosis could be this much of a logistical nightmare. they must be conducting meetings where they sit around and come up with schemes to make extremely simple things this as challenging as humanly possible. honestly, I am quite impressed. they must've really had to work hard to get to this level of difficulty for the patient. Make sure you are not allergic to MRI contrast before putting it in your body it will cause very bad allergic reaction
