Had an appointment, got an appointment card. They scheduled me for the wrong test. Scheduling SYSTEM, NOT PEOPLE is worse than zero for Keck. Care is great. Providers are excellent Scheduling deserves an F-. Waste of time. A large issue is the phone system as well. Calls are outright lost. Holding 3-4 hours. This is not isolated to this department. If you request an appointment online you will NEVER get any response anywhere at all. Great care. Terrible clerical technology.

The worst. The tech was awful. The radiology department is a dumpster fire. That is a direct quote from my MD. Most asinine place I’ve had the displeasure of being treated by - don’t bother. Billing was astronomical. 20k they charged my insurance. Go to an independent imaging place and save yourself months of hassle.

I was seen early. Everyone was kind, efficient and engaging. I was out of there in just minutes. I love the attitude at Keck. People care.

next level incompetency at every single turn, I didn't even know that it was humanly possible to make something as simple as having an MRI and receiving a diagnosis could be this much of a logistical nightmare. they must be conducting meetings where they sit around and come up with schemes to make extremely simple things this as challenging as humanly possible. honestly, I am quite impressed. they must've really had to work hard to get to this level of difficulty for the patient.
