Got a referral to the office and waited weeks for a call. Afterbeing tired of waiting I called to see what was going on. I was told that a nurse is reviewing all referrals and I that would get a call. After waiting AGAIN for several days I called again. Staff person I spoke to was very rude and all she offered me was an appointment two months away. I explained that this is not acceptable since ive already had the referral in my hand for 2 months. 3 years ago this place saved my life I came in with high blood pressure and they found an adrenal gland Mass on my kidney and they also found that I had severe anemia and I was suffering from severe dehydration they got me filled up with fluids and got that Parts taken care of I'm still fighting 3 years later for this Mass on my kidney my kidney doctor my urologist 3 years later tells me now he wants to do dialysis he can go screw himself he's the one that put me in this situation I'm ready to see this doctor because of his ... read more
Very caring staff and physicians. Extremely knowledgeable and my doctor is an expert in his field. I feel like I am in good hands
After waiting in the room for longer than an hour I left, very inconsiderate of their patient, if doctor is not available on a timely fashion to cover an appointment notify or rescheduling would be the proper way to go.
