Everyday an Asian guy goes to the top level/rooftop and has his big white poodle dog bathroom all over the parking lot. Very gross. No one is doing anything about it. Is this a dog park? I hope this issue is addressed soon.

Easy to enter parking. Spaces are big enough. Easy to get to elevator.
Keck only validates for the first 30min (which is ridiculous). So anything over that is $6.
