Keaton's repair work was excellent, they were easy to work with, communication was very good, assisted in working wtvwith the rental car. A very good experience.
We have had 2 cars worked on here & they've done a great job with both.
First, I've never heard of this place until today, and let me say-they might be one of the best vehicle repair shops around, I dont know. Nor will I ever find out. Why? Because that commercial is the worst marketing I have ever seen. Ever think of a family that maybe had a family member hit by a car? Or worst, maybe someone who hit a pedestrian and has to live with that vision the rest of their life? Just to have this tasteless commercial on television. Good lord. Use a deer or something. Horrible marketing.
