Surgery for SI J back pain did NOT work at all. As he was leaving after last post op visit, I asked him why I still had pain. He said how long have you been in pain, I replied 12 year, then he just walked out the front door.
Great Doctor. Patiently explains care plans. Uses a lot of technology to set a care plan in motion. Easy to talk with. Super knowledgeable with a great ability to explain the pros & cons of surgeries and other procedures. Willing to listen to his patients and their families on his proposed care plans & diagnosis. These 5-star reviews are fake! They are done by the doctor, his family or employees, and not to be believed! Somebody may have actually been helped by this goofball before he got too old, and has to do 2nd opinion exams for workers' comp insurance to make a living, but most of them are simply fake. Don't believe them. He is a horrible doctor and not a good man, either.
Even his photo on this page is a lie. He is an old codger who doesn't know what he's doing anymore. I don't believe he could have possibly gotten this many good reviews, either. He's a bad, bad, bad doctor! Stay away from this office!
I was treated by Dr. Keating first time on March, 2010; when I was air-lifted to Atl Med. Ctr. because of a major auto accident. I had several surgeries performed by him and his team. , and saw him from 2010 - 2016; only stopped seeing him because we moved to Florida. He is the best doctor I've ever had. Love him so much, he always made me feel cared and comforted.
This is the BEST doctor I have ever encountered, I've been to multiple ortho's regarding my SIJ, I was told I would never walk again, but now I'm able to jog! Dr. Keating is brilliant, attentive and caring, his bedside manner if excellent. I recommend Dr. Keating 100%.
I can't say enough good things about the hip replacement he did for me. After physical therapy and some hard work on my part the surgery was a complete success. He did his part but in order to call it a success you have to do your part.
Dr. Keating cares about his patients. He always listens and explains everything. I trust him.
