I purchased a dining table and chairs from I keating and am very disappointed. The chairs did not match the table. When I called them they offered me two chairs. When the chairs arrived they were the right match to the table however they will only slide under the table in certain areas. I now have six chairs that don't match. I have no room for all this furniture. I would prefer to have had all four chairs replaced. This is an extremely expensive set.(Amish). I will not purchase anything from them again.

Horrible communication. I don't think I will be going back to Ikeating. I special ordered a rocking chair May 2nd, and they waited over a week to call me and tell me that they quoted me a wrong price so the chair I wanted would actually be double. Ok, we changed brands and I got my new chair reordered two weeks after I had originally hoped. It took a month to get our chair, and when we sat in it, the rocking mechanism didn't work, and now it will take a while month again to just get this new piece. a part on my recliner broke so I called I keating to get a replacement part. I spoke with Andrea and she ordered the part. when the part came in she not only delivered the part to me, she also installed it on her own time. I appreciate the great service.
