I went to this doctor and saw physician's assistant sending paperwork the next day for disability leave and then got the runaround calling back twice a day every day for 2 weeks and never getting any kind of answer until the end of a Friday I got called and told that I had to see the primary doctor Dr Keating which is the only one person who can fill out this paperwork and then I called and talk to them on Monday two weeks later and I'm about to go back to work and I still don't have my disability paperwork and it's supposed... read more
