Amazingly poor business methods. Understaffed or non at all. Nobody is allowed in charge, so always behind in the 6X9 ft office. Still using homemade spreadsheets to run the company in 2023. All repair request are put at the bottom of the pile and fixing vacant units is the only priority. No call backs or acknowledgment from the office to any resident. I've called multiple times and no one answers the phone, vm box is full. I text and no response. What do you even do with that?

I am very lucky to only be renting from this property for a year and that was too much of me. Rent to junkies, have car stolen in parking lot and allows for thinks to stay broken much longer than should be allow when someone pays as much rent as we have. Dishwasher broke since August and no fixing it instead told me it was brand new. Our neighbors next door thro stuff out their window and the property manager didn't do anything when on repeat this neighbor had been a problem to everyone at the Wetmore apartment.
