This review is for Jennifer Contreras in the Parts Dept. When I arrived I was greeted with a cheerful smile and welcoming attitude. Jennifer assisted me with the purchase of (2) engine oil filters for my Daughter's vehicle. Jennifer made me feel appreciated. I really think she should consider becoming a Service Advisor in my opinion. Thanks for the great service Jennifer and I'll see you again when I need more Toyota parts.

Ask for Sina, he gave me the newest truck on the lot for less than $300 a month!! Love the service here! Definitely stop here and take a look.

Called for service since my CarPlay skip buttons weren’t working, and they helped book the appointment quickly. When I got there the advisor Sean was already rude, telling the other technician “yeah look at her car to see if there’s something we can do if we can even do something.” The other advisor was also not very friendly and said they could try to do a software update and go from there. I bought the car you see in the picture from Toyota kearny Mesa. When I bought it, it had only 10,500 miles on it. During the contract signing, the sales manager and someone from the finance department were present. They told me: “Since this car is used, if you want a warranty up to 100,000 miles, you have to pay for it.” I paid $5,490 to get the 100,000-mile warranty.
