I’d give less than a star because on 1.9.26. I had an appointment for valet pick up at 7:30am. No one called or reached out to me. Then I got a message saying they’ll pick up my car at 12:35pm. Then I’m at work and this is why I’m requesting valet pick up, they’re getting mad at me for not answer while they can’t do their job and follow their schedules/appointments accordingly. First of all, my experience with sales was just as bad if not worse here but I thought I’d give service a try. Ron the greeter was fantastic, friendly, and right on time. I was assigned to Sara for an 8:30am appointment for which I arrived at 8:28am and was greeted at 8:29am by Ron. I was told that she had 3 people there for service all at 8:30am. CHECK YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY ASAP!! Purchased extended warranty. They never finalized paperwork therefore leading to my extended warranty being voided without my knowledge. Dealership never wanted to take responsibility. If it wasn't for my vehicle needing repairs I would have never known. They were literally gonna steal 3k that I paid. Now I'm struggling with getting refunds. And also they sold me my vehicle with broken door hinges and refuse to take responsibility.
