Mike B did an excellent job with the service and it was very fast on the weekend.
I had the pleasure of dealing with the service Manager, John Hernandez, who had me work with Ramone. I had such a great experience, they got my car done, so quickly gave me a rental car and had it out of the shop within two days!
I’d give less than a star because on 1.9.26. I had an appointment for valet pick up at 7:30am. No one called or reached out to me. Then I got a message saying they’ll pick up my car at 12:35pm. Then I’m at work and this is why I’m requesting valet pick up, they’re getting mad at me for not answer while they can’t do their job and follow their schedules/appointments accordingly.
