The staff is very helpful and are very friendly. They have taken great care of my father, and very patient with him
Visited the Admissions and Social Work teams. Everyone was professional and supportive from the Concierge to the other teams. I witnessed the dedicated team members supporting the patients.

While the daily staff was fabulous, I had real issues getting good care for my mother. I tried calling the case workers and even after leaving messages and texts, like they instructed, it took a week and finally calling the nurses' station to get someone to talk to me about my mother. Since she was confused and suddenly very weak, I asked for a UTI test as she was admitted. It took a week of asking before they did give her one and she did have a UTI.
