Wonderful service experience! Moving is stressful enough, but when you're pulling a trailer and your low tire pressure light goes on, the blood pressure definitely goes up! With luck, I was only a few blocks from their shop, so explained my predicament and they quickly assigned a tech. I think I may have even taken him away from another job, but they understood I needed to get on the road. Excellent service! Helpful, VERY knowledgeable and willing to educate the customer about the issues with the tires. They even provided pictures AND a bulletin that explains why the problem.
Took my car in for warranty alignment. Told me that the rack and Pinion needed too be replaced. Said my lower control arm needed too be replaced because it was showing rust! Told me I had front end damage saying it was in an accident which it was clearly not!! Telling me pretty much I needed too it 2000 dollars for whole new front it when clearly it don’t!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKEN YOUR CAR TOO BEAR FRAME AND ALIGNMENT
Staff is always helpful. They always provide excellent service and make sure the job is done right.
