Ordered a replacement hot water heater in the morning and it was installed by 4pm the same day! John the head of the installment team was outstanding.
I called Kearney and Sons to get a second opinion on my HVAC system. A competitor HVAC tech quoted me over $600 to replace a valve. John from Kearney came out and discovered the previous competitor tech had overcharged the system. John fixed the problem and was very professional and explained what he was doing. I’ll stick with Kearney and Sons!
Let me start off by saying that my entire family has used Kearney & Sons for the past 25 years. Well that will now come to a stop. I was basically screwed by one their management team. I wanted new thermostats. I was charged $1200 for two thermostats that only cost $200 a piece (didn't realize that at the time). Bought them on the stipulation that they would move them for free because we were selling our house in a few months, and that the old thermostats would be reinstalled.
