I was quoted a cost of $99 for a diagnostic review of my AC system that was running constantly. The technician was very nice; however, I ended up with a $356 bill for simply identifying that the thermostat was bad. i.e. No fix, just $356 to tell me my thermostat will need to be replaced. While it took the technician well over an hour to find the issue, i feel a faulty thermostat should have been covered by the initial diagnostic cost of $99.
Today thanking service technician Harold Newington for serving the AC UNIT. He does a thorough job, and explaining what he does during my semi annual maintenance to the unit. Thank M. Pritchard
