Was wanting to buy an ATV from them and never got a call back. I finally called them back the next day and come to find out they sold it out from under me.
Gave my number to a customer without asking me if it was ok. Haven’t owned the UTV in over 3 years. Now the customer keeps messaging me. Wish they would have called me before just giving out my phone number.
Too many bad experiences in just a short time. Lying sales, untrained service members make this a sub-par business. Service put my oil filter on so tight that I took it back to them. They destroyed it while trying to remove it, then put my oil filter on in it's place and used the old oil!
Visiting from Ohio, I took my daughter in today to get sized for a helmet. The staff was friendly, helpful, and competent. Josh, specifically, was extremely helpful in assisting with helmet and boot sizing, and recommendations on brand, based on our needs. Thank you, Kearney Powersports!
