This is my second bad experience with Kearney Floral in a row. Today I sent a bouquet that listed roses in the description. After seeing the arrangement there were no roses at all. After I called and asked about the missing roses I got told they could sit some out for me to pick up. I still got charged for the roses and who is going to pick up the roses after the arrangement has already been delivered to your loved one. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend doing business here!
