Very rude. Don't care of customers. I just stoped by this place to get the estimate on my car. I do not want to spend much money on my car right now, since it is getting old. I wanted to bring the parts myself, but he did not like it. I understand that, because some people prefer to buy parts by themselves. However, after one minute of talking, he said "You know what. Autobody work and paint I have had excellent treatment from Tom and his crew at his auto body shop. He is always there when I need him deal with the insurance company. He is always there when a customer has a question. I would recommend him and his business anytime. I wouldn't go to anybody else!
