Hi I love moving to Alberta & find a reasonable condo to buy which I thought was great but when I ask about my concerns like the awning over the front entrance is ripped & I guess its been that way over 1 year according to one neighbor makes the place look trashy when I ask the Property Manager for the building 44 on Alpine place she said waiting on quote like really she should make her Professional so unprofessional I had to put a ramp at my patio as I have MS & there is no ramp to parking lot at front of building I think i... read more
Just moved to Alberta & St Albert last summer was happy to get place close to my son but not happy with the property management here so unprofessional the issues that need to be delt with are not the parking lot is danger age & site manager is not helpful at all
No one is ever available. It's a reception to voicemail pipeline. Absolutely ridiculous.
Paul Agnihotri is our property/Condominium Manager at Village of Walker Lakes. He is very professional, always eager to help, and gets the job done efficiently in No Time plus he goes above & beyond in helping us with any related issue/problem whether it is related to the condominium or if it's a general question that we are inquiring about.
