I recently took my Audi Q7 to KDM instead of the Audi dealer for its 10,000 miles service appointment. Kevin provided outstanding, personalized service with his many years of experience working on new and used domestic and foreign cars in small shops as well as large dealerships. He changed the oil, spark plugs and air cleaner. I did not have him do the water pump repair since it was covered under the extended warranty.
