I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership and worked with Ian, who was helpful and made the purchasing process straightforward. Unfortunately, several issues became apparent immediately after delivery. Very disappointing experience. We called ahead to confirm that we could take the car for a pre-purchase inspection, and they said yes. While we were on our way, we called and were told the car had already been sold weeks ago. A simple heads-up would have saved us a wasted trip. Poor communication.

They had a honda I was interested in listed on marketplace. I used the link to see if it was still available and it was. The next day I get a text from them asking if I want to come see the vehicle. I replied yes and ave them the time I would arrive, since I had an hour and half drive. When I arrived the salesman never even got out of his seat to greet us. I have never had such a painless car-buying experience! There was no high pressure involved in any part of the processes. And most importantly, their prices are very competitive. Can’t recommend this dealership enough.
